With our cracking new website up and running, the Eggbreak family have been reflecting on some major milestones we’re proud of (so far) in 2024. For most of the team, the standout moment was coming out of our shells and taking our passion for egg-centric dishes international with our most exciting adventure yet: a unique pop-up at 25hours Hotel Dubai One Central.
While our Notting Hill restaurant was getting a light makeover, we travelled to the sunny side up to take over the hotel’s picturesque Nomad restaurant courtyard, whipping up brunch favourites for familiar faces and new friends alike. Over several weeks, we enjoyed catching up with some Eggbreak regulars who reside in the Middle East but always make time to visit us when they’re in London, reconnecting across continents through a shared love of elevated brunch foods – the mighty power of the humble egg!
The hotel guests could wake up and enjoy our iconic Eggbreak menu right on their doorstep – including our famous Eggbreaky melt, plus a limited edition toastie created exclusively for the pop-up. As a hub for those with a jet-set lifestyle, 25hours was an incredible spot to put Eggbreak on the radar of frequent travellers who need a new favourite eatery when passing through London. To make sure they couldn’t forget us, we created an exclusive line of Eggbreak x 25hours merchandise to commemorate the good times shared.
The appreciation for our food and concept during this trip was truly overwhelming, and the buzz from the experience motivated us to keep working on more adventurous collaborations in the near future. Plus, the reception we received served as a taster for Eggbreak’s popularity if we opened a new location in the Middle East. Travelling across the world to share our passion and creations was an experience like no other and we returned re-energised for the possibilities ahead.
